Every wedding we create is a unique experience designed specifically for your reception.  Whether you want a formal seated and served dinner, a festive outdoor wedding, an elegant buffet reception, or a casual appetizer party, we are here to design the perfect menu for your reception.

Below are three sample buffet menus. For your convenience, each of these menus include a price range for your consideration.  These prices are for the food portion of your catered experience, and do not include charges for labor, rentals, transportation or service fees.  Menu prices will vary depending on choices, market price of ingredients, time of service, number of guests, and the appetites of your guests.  We don’t want to run out of food, nor do we want you to pay for more food than is necessary. We use our experience and expertise, as well as your accurate information, to determine appropriate quantities.

$10.95 – $14.95 per person

Chicken Piccata– Boneless Breast of Chicken Medallions, lightly floured and pan seared.  Serve over bed of Angel Hair Pasta with a light and refreshing Lemon Caper Sauce (Chicken Marsala is a nice substitute).

Italian Sausage and Meatball Marinara– Spicy Italian sausage and hand rolled meatballs in a rich and flavorful Marinara Sauce.  Tossed with Rigatoni Pasta and baked with Mozzarella Cheese.  Garnished with Fresh Basil Chiffonade

Sautéed Italian Vegetables– Fresh medley of Vegetables and Sweet Bell Peppers.  Sautéed and lightly seasoned with Italian Herbs.

Classic Italian Salad– Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, Calamata Olives, sliced Pepercinni Peppers, Bermuda Onions and Garlic Parmesan Croutons tossed with Italian Vinaigrette.

Assorted Bread Basket– Sliced Foccacia breads and assorted Dinner rolls.  Served warm with choice of Sweet Butter chips and Extra Virgin Olive Oil


$14.95 – $18.95 per person

Montreal Rubbed Flank Steak– Marinated for tenderness, and hand rubbed. Grilled to perfect medium, and sliced thin. Served with Sautéed Mushrooms and Sweet Vidalia Onions.

Herb Brined Chicken with Lemon Basil Butter – boneless Breast of Chicken, Boneless Thighs, and Drumsticks. Brined for 48 hours and grilled to perfection. Brushed with Lemon Basil butter (Salmon may be substituted or added. Charges will vary).

Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Mashed Potatoes– Home made mashed potatoes, blended with Roasted Garlic and Fresh Rosemary.

Sautéed Mixed Vegetables – Fresh medley of Vegetables, sautéed to al dente. Lightly seasoned.

Cloud Nine Field Green Salad – Mixed field greens and romaine hearts with baby red tomatoes, Gorgonzola cheese, toasted walnuts, fresh grapes and Bermuda onion. Lightly tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Assorted Rolls with Butter – Served warm for your guest to enjoy!

Hand Carved Prime Rib of Beef – Set Up Carving Station Style at End of Buffet.  Served with Creamy Horseradish Sauce and Natural Aus Jus

Grilled Herb Salmon & Basmati Rice – Fresh Atlantic salmon Lightly Marinated and Grilled to Perfection.   Garnished with Fresh Thyme & Served on a Bed of Basmati Rice Pilaf

Roasted Red Potatoes with Fresh Parsley Small and tender red potatoes basted with clarified butter and roasted to perfection.  Lightly seasoned with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.  Finished with a touch of fresh parsley. 

Sautéed Asparagus Spears Sautéed al dente, with a touch of lemon juice.  Garnished with thin slivers of sliced red bell pepper.

Champagne and Gorgonzola Green Salad Mixed Field greens with red grapes, toasted pine nuts, gorgonzola cheese and tear drop tomatoes.  Lightly tossed with Champagne Vinaigrette

Sliced Beef Steak Tomato Platter Red and yellow beefsteak tomato slices with shaved parmesan cheese, Bermuda onion, and fresh basil.  Drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.  Colorful and Refreshing!

Warm Croissants & Dinner Rolls served with butter
