CHICKEN BUFFETS
Chicken Parmesan – Boneless filet of Chicken rolled in Italian Bread Crumbs with Parmesan Cheese. Pan seared in Olive Oil, and served over a nest of Angel Hair Pasta with Basil Marinara Sauce and a slice of fresh Mozzarella Cheese. A light touch classic Italian Dish.
Suggested side dish: Classic Italian Salad, Sautéed Italian Vegetables, and Garlic Bread.
Chicken Alfredo – Grilled boneless chicken breast and thighs with fresh garden peas. Tossed with Bow Tie Pasta, Parmesan Cheese, and Roasted Garlic Cream. Baked to a slightly golden brown, and sprinkled with Fresh Thyme.
Suggested side dishes: Caesar Salad, Sautéed Italian Vegetables, Rolls and Butter.
Southwestern Grilled Chicken – Boneless breast and thighs, marinated and rubbed with southwestern seasoning. Grilled, and served over a bed of Spanish rice.

Grilled Thai Chicken – Boneless chicken breast and thighs marinated in spicy basil, mint, cilantro and ginger sauce. Grilled fresh and sliced, served over a bed of jasmine rice. Moist and flavorful!

Kung Pao Chicken – Classic Chinese Dish. Boneless breast of chicken, tri color bell peppers and sweet onion served in a spicy sauce. Garnished with toasted peanuts.

Chicken Piccata – Boneless breast filets, lightly floured and pan seared in clarified butter. Served over a bed of Angel Hair Pasta and drizzled with a caper lemon sauce.
